    Urinary tract infections

Urinary tract infections (UTI) are caused by bacterial infections that affect any part of the urinary tract from the kidneys to the urethra. They are very uncomfortable and may lead to major complications if they affect the kidneys.

You may have urinary tract infection if you have urination problems, pain or burning sensation, cloudy or foul-smelling urine, red/pink/brown urine or pelvic pain. Fever is another symptom of UTI.

Our treatment options will depend on the infection and its severity, and will consist of medications. IV antibiotics may be given if you have a very severe infection.

Consult our top urologists for accurate diagnosis and treatment for all urinary tract infections. Get well soon.
